Wow, finally all packages have been shipped! I know I've said it before, but I can't say it enough: thank you all SO MUCH for being patient and supportive. It has absolutely meant the world to me. 

I have learned a lot from this experience, and I promise that if you choose to back any of my future projects, you will notice a huge difference in shipping speed. I've completely changed my methods to move forward with future campaigns, including adding a large, dedicated packaging room (my parents' basement - love you mom and dad), pre-arranged supplies, labels done ahead of time, two packaging helpers, and more. I'm excited to ship faster than ever before!

As for this kickstarter, if you haven' t received your tracking number yet, you will sometime this weekend! 

You're all so wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your pins, stickers, and washi <3

Hello! 

Packaging is going really well, and many of you have already received your pins! Everyone else: I really appreciate your patience <3

I've been really enjoying seeing your photos of the pins in the new homes. It makes me so happy to see that they're loved! 

There has been one minor setback though. I had more than 30 packages returned to me last night because of the little maple candies I put in each package. I've been informed that I'm not allowed to ship food internationally, and I need to reship these returned packages. Going forward, I will not be including the candies in any packages leaving Canada to prevent this from happening again. I apologise for this. 

Another good thing to note: in addition to the tracking that is included with all kickstarter shipments, I also opted to include package insurance. Just in case! So if your package is damaged or lost, we should be able to resolve it through the shipping company.

Packaging and Shipping Progress

Hello lovely backers <3

I've been spending all my time outside of work packaging up your orders, and it's getting more efficient every day! Murphy's Law has been in full effect during this process, so I'm not as far along as I'd like to be, but things are back on track, and I'm about 20% done. Once your package is shipped, I will send you a tracking number. 

I haven't been writing thank you notes, or doing drawings on packages like I usually do, in an effort to save time and get your pins out quicker. I just wanted to make sure you all know that I am incredibly grateful for your support, and would have added these touches if time would have allowed it. You're all amazing, and I couldn't have done this project without your support! 

I'll keep you all updated on the shipping progress in another update soon. Hope you're all doing well and staying safe <3

This is just an update to show you some photos of the pins! I'm working as quickly as I can to get the orders packaged up and sent out to you all. Just a reminder that addresses will be locked in the next couple of days. 

Also, there was a small error with the Wendigo pin. It's a bit larger than I had originally asked for. There's just more of him to love now!

I'm so excited the pins have arrived! Over 80lbs of pins! Shipping took longer than expected, so I really appreciate your patience. This means that everything has arrived, and the packaging/shipping process can begin tomorrow. If you need to update your address, please do it ASAP, or send me a message if you have any difficulty. I'll take some nicer photos tomorrow so you can see the individual pins!

There are still 3 people with payments that have not gone through. I've reached out to you individually, but please contact me over backerkit, kickstarter, email, or anywhere else if you need help. 

Addresses will be locked in the next couple of days!
